switching from 0c5 to oc10
Howdy, I had anticipated that I'd need to move from an oc5 to a oc10 and now that time has come so I have a few questions about the process.
-I started my oc5 in april of this year, so I am assuming whatever difference is not used is put towards the oc10? -Will there be any downtime between the plan changes (my oc5 is primarily for my account that I have a portfolio on to generate business)? -I am pretty sure that just buying the oc10 won't notify you guys that its an upgrade so I'd also need an email or the person to notify about the changes. -I happen to love the server I am on, does that have to change if I switch plans? (SH68 roXXorz your boXXorz) Other than that love you guys, and thanks in advance.

Please use the Upgrade Form for upgrading. Also whatever you have not used will be refunded to you and the new year will be charged.
As for your other questions, I don't think I can answer them.

Yes, you'll probably be changing servers since they put resellers on seperate ones than single accounts.
The only downtime will be between the nameserver change, but that's not too much and can be avoided if you simply wait until they upgrade/move the sites for you, then just change the nameservers on your domain (if it's dynamic, such as a forum or content management system) than you should shut them off so no data loss happens between the propigation. |
