Fastest Way to Upgrade

I want to upgrade my account and I'm not sure whats the fastest way to upgrade... through the upgrade form on the help desk or in my client area, and just order a new package?

and oh whats WebDev, whats the difference bettween WebDev and Shared Packages...

Just use the upgrade form.

WebDev is a bit different. The software run on the servers is not the same as the software on the shared plans.

Yeppers and it is painless I just upgraded about 5 - 6 weeks ago.
