Huge Problems and can't submit a ticket
Having huge problems with my site in that it's it's giving me this error message (it was fine 3 hours ago and I've not touched anything)
Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.34 Server at www.naughtytime.co.uk Port 80 On absolutely everything on the server, including the HTML only splash page, I can however access cpanel, ftp and my mail. Tried submitting a ticket only to find out my account was not recognised...tried asking for a new password to be sent out only to be told my registered address is not on the system, so I can't even submit a ticket. Tried sending a mail to support surpasshosting.com only to be sent a mail back telling me to submit a ticket. So not a clue where to go from here. Not only is it putting customers off, but I'm wasting more money because my google adwords account is still running Last edited by saigon; January 5th, 2006 at 6:52 PM.. |

Yeah, it's there in all it's glory. Tried clearing your browsers cache or using a different means of connection?

cleaned out my browsers cache, still getting it...also tried it through a couple of other machines in the house (although it's the same adsl line)
This is really weird. Maybe I've accidentally blocked my own IP, or there's a problem with my connection to the server (although not sure why cpanel would work then) Just wish I could submit a ticket, but it won't let me access the helpdesk - says my e-mail address is not recognised. It's definately still up and running....just had the confirmation email through from someone buying something....lol Last edited by saigon; January 5th, 2006 at 7:31 PM.. |

Try creating a new account on the help desk.. Or I believe you still might be able to submit a ticket without an account, just use a different email address than you previously used (a non-hosted email address, such as Yahoo or Gmail)

That's what I would assume. Your IP is probably blocked.
Not sure why you can't access the desk. Try making a ticket with an alternate email, such as a Yahoo! or Gmail account. |
