DNS update

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I updated my DNS on my surpassdomains account with the 2 links I got in my confirmation email on sunday evening but it doesn't appear to have updated yet.
Could someone please tell me how long it normally takes? Reason I ask is that this is the first time I've setup hosting and a domain name from scratch and I'm a bit worried I've done something wrong!

Cheers

Could you post the domain link? This way we can see if it's resolving for us yet. It can take up to 72 hours.

The nameservers you need to use are below. If you need help changing them, I can do that for you.

ns977.dizinc.com
ns978.dizinc.com

Yes, please update to the ones that JesseC posted, since it shows that you are using ns100 and 101 instead, which are no longer used.

thanks for your answers guys.

I can't quite figure out where I'm going wrong though. In the domain profile I have ns977.dizinc.com in namerserver 1 and ns978.dizinc.com in nameserver 2. Jesse if you could have a look at it for me I would be reallt grateful.

thank you

Who is your registrar? As in, where did you buy the domain from?
