FWIW; i dont want to sound like i am totally upset with surpass....

Well, right now i am...
But ive used them for 10 months now, and besides for this past week.. the site has been stable and fast and support's been better than great.

I wish they could resolve the sql issue or change the redirect that indicates an SQL issue not a 'contact billing dept' message.

any idea how long this generally takes? its been about 3 hours now...

it would be interseting to see if these two sites are housed on the same server at this point.

http://mytractorforum.com is on SH67

Funny the other site
peoriapundit.com is also a SH67 site

This is a little more than coincidence, that both these people have been having trouble and are both acccused and suspended the same day for the same violation, which one was it if either of them????????

Well, the other day they told me that the problem with slow loading was a FIREWALL issue and they were working on it. My site usually gets about 700 visitors a day, but for the past five days has received 4,000 visitors a day. That's not a huge number and I don't have a lot of huge files or bulky graphics.

For all I know this database complaint is just an excuse for some error on their part.

I'm still waiting for a reply from the "suspended accounts department," whom I am sure will refer me to technical support, since this isn't a billing issue. I'm paying for an unlimited number of databases, you know.

Well with 137 sites running on that one server it's no figure they are having problems.
Sounds to me like overselling space..

If you are looking at whois records showing how many sites are on the server, that also counts in all subdomains. That is not very many sites on a server, I have seen thousands loaded on a server. That is what you call overselling, not 137.

Two customers out of 137 have the exact same "suspended account" message on the exact same day? What a coincidence.

And you might want to tell your folks to not put a misleading error message up that misleads MY VISITORS into thinking I'm a deadbeat. It borders on libel, if not crosses the line entirely.

The suspended message that shows up is a default setting for WHM. This can't be modified for each individual account. It is what shows up for every account that is suspended.

Please remember that these are user-to-user support forums, I am not Surpass Staff, as is the case with most of the members here. Occasionally admins do visit, but your best bet is to keep in contact with the help desk.
