Let them know that you are ready to fix the problem that they have told you how to fix, and ask if they would unsuspend your account so that you can do that. Please be sure to respond to a current ticket in abuse about that.

No. What YOU need to undestand if that they've told me what I need to do to fix the problem, but they won't give me access to my account, even via FTP, to fix the problem. And they will not fix the problem themselves.

My site has been down for 8 1/2 hours.

You were replied to around 4 P.M. but have failed to mention that here, and now are being a bit hostile toward only good meaning moderators, so this thread is being closed.

You are not the only site which we host, that isn't an excuse for a delay but getting an isssue resolved with the magnitude of your offense within 24 hours is realistic.

This is not a standard issue and lets not forget YOU violated the TOS, most likely unintentionally but YOU are still the violator read here:
