New account, can't get into CPanel

I've already submitted a ticket to support, but I just thought this was odd. When I go to my work site and enter my user/pass for CPanel, I get this:

404 Not Found
The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/cclpanel/index.html) you requested. Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this error to your webhost.
cpsrvd/10.6.1 Server at www.deanforestryservices.com

Ever seen that before?

Yeah man, it would be me to have problems. I've been waiting a few hours on this one so far.

One thing I did notice:

(./frontend/cclpanel/index.html)

I think it should be:

(./frontend/cpanel/index.html)

instead, because my old host was CCL Hosting. I requested to have all my stuff moved over to the new host. I don't know if that's the problem or not, but surely support knows. It's something wrong in a login script or something somewhere.

Whee! Shivin Hameed fixed my issue. I can log in now! He said "the Cpanel skin was been changed to a nonexistant one" and he fixed it.

Now my disk space remaining is still incorrect, and it says I'm on "Plan 2" (which maybe I am), but I'm sure he'll fix that too.

I feel bad having all this crap to clean up, it's directly my fault from moving my stuff from one host to another. I didn't know how to do it really though. So I'm glad surpasshosting is doing it for me.

I too had problems with CPanel. New to Surpass today, and at first was unable to login to CPanel using FireFox 5.1. However works okay on IE 6.0, just not Firefox. Why?

Because Firefox is the devil. Kathy Bates told me.

Actually, I have no clue but I have noticed that more and more people are having trouble with Firefox these days.

All issues with my snakeyez.us domain are fixed now. Even the CPanel has been cleaned up to show OC5 plan details instead of my old host's details.

Thanks Surpasshosting support!
