I'll Cry! I Don't get what is GOING on!

soooo I've been sat here for hours trying to fix my problem, awaiting a response. I get an automated email saying 'submit ticket' but the ticket desk wont LET ME SIGN IN saying my email is not on file.

I might just bloody well throw the towel in. Fine have your space back stupid people....

Sorry, I can't help out much since I am at work, but I will try to do what I can.

First off, what is your domain?

The domain that you used when you submitted the order will already be set up on the server. All you need to do is point the nameservers at your registrar (1and1 right?) to the server. There should be a place on your registrar to change the nameservers, might be something like use your own nameservers, or use custom nameservers. You set these two nameservers to the two that you received in your welcome email (they would be something like ns###.dizinc.com). Once you do this, it should take a short while for your domain to propogate. It can take as little as five minutes, and as much as 72 or more hours. Usually it does not take very long.

You can always access your cpanel using the ip-address:2082

I believe you can also access your webspace at ip-address/~username/ until the domain propogates

My website is twisted-barfly.co.uk - I also registered twisted-solutions.co.uk but not as an add on domain, seperatly. Will this affect the way in which I can use it?

I figure I was being impatient. I shall wiat to see if the domain propogates.

I read that you have a reseller account. Your domain that you registered with will already be set up on the server with an account. The login information for this is the information you received in the welcome email. That login information will also get you into WHM, where you create new accounts for your other domains. You will first need to create a package for your other domain in WHM, then create an account for that other domain. After you create the account, you will then want to point your other domain to the same nameservers as your first domain (ns###.dizinc.com)

If barfly is your main domain, you don't have to add it. solutions will have to be added, and you can do that in WHM (I think you said in the other thread that you have a reseller account). And the barfly domain is resolving for me.

Which means it's showing up in the Dimenoc datacenter (surpass).

I have added solutions - and yes I'm on a reseller!
