How long for sales to respond?

I opened ticket KWW-942019 at 12:13pm today and never received an answer. I know sales works 9-5 M-F so now that the sales department is closed will I be waiting until Monday for an answer?

Your ticket is in the dedicated server department. If it was in sales previously, the person who moved it should have responded that they were moving it there and let you know. The ticket is being answered now.

All sales tickets are answered within 12-24 hours 7 days a week

not 9-5 M-F

Oh I thought sales was M-F 9-5?...Well 7 days a week is better then M-F for sure.
