question about renewing

I've just renewed both of my domains, but I have a question about my hosting. I heard that my plan will just start over again and I don't have to do anything. It will just keep sending me monthly bills. That's okay with me, but for my other site, the last time I paid it was a yearly pay. I'm not sure I want to be automatically charged for an entire year again. Can I switch that to monthly?

Also.. both my accounts are from a previous plan that was only $4.94 a month... do I need to upgrade? or will it automatically upgrade? or is that plan still in existence for people who still have it? I think I might want to upgrade to the Power plan thats $6 for one of my accounts...

I'm just confused about how this expiration/renewal thing works :P I can't remember what I did last year! (I've had one account for 2 years now).

It will charge you again for the yearly amount automatically (and the monthly one will keep functioning the same as always). If you want to switch, you will have to contact billing. You will be able to keep the same plan if you want it, but I don't know exactly how that will work with changing your billing structure. You have to instigate the upgrade if you want it.
