I fluked -_-;

I made a new password to get into my cPanel. And having the <sarcasm>BEST MEMORY EVER</sarcasm> I forgot it -_-;; I clicked the thing that sends me an e-mail for a password. But how long will it take? And will it send it to my e-mail I created over from the site or that I paid for the site with. And if it is from the one I created with the site how do I log in it?

It should send you the details on how to get back in to the email registered in CPanel.

(this is why everyone should keep their email addresses updated, by the way)

It shouldn't take too long, but I've had automated systems send me emails over an hour later that I should have gotten instantaneously. If you don't get the email in the next hour or so, contact support and they can help you get everything sorted.

Oh god....Great -_-;; I registered my account with the name I created and was going to make an external POP3 yesterday...Wow..What a fluke >.< How do I send an e-mail to support for a temporary Password ><?

I contacted Support about a week ago. and I haven't gotten a reply yet so I sent another ticket. Does anyone know how long it will take?

If you did not get an auto response to your ticket, then they did not receive it. Make sure to use a non-hosted email address, such as Yahoo or Gmail.

It's been...at least 2 weeks since I sent a ticket...I severely need a password to add a good bit of new content..I despertly need a password...

Did you receive an auto reply when you submitted your ticket? If not, then support did not receive the ticket... Also, log into the support desk and see if the ticket is listed there.. If it is.. I would respond to it.... Also, I would post your ticket ID here, just in case an admin visits the forum, and they can check on the ticket.
