IP & DNS Issues
Greetings,
I would like to make sure I am using the correct IP address to access my domain. I have had the account for a while but have not tried setting it up til now. The domain and IP address that I recieved back in November of 2005 was ns100.dizinc.com (66.194.41.160) and ns101.dizinc.com (66.194.152.190). When I try to access this domain via the site name (voicevisionvibration.com) or using the IP or NS information along with my username, I am told that a server can not be found. Also will you please share with me how I can update the information in my "client file". Thank you for your assistance ![]() |

ns613.dizinc.com = 72.29.75.232
ns614.dizinc.com = 72.29.75.233 From a forum search, these are the correct nameservers and ip addresses for Sync. Edit: you need to log into your domain controls (where ever you registered the domain name) and change the name servers to these. Last edited by David; January 25th, 2006 at 3:52 PM.. |

Thank you David
but unfortunately, I am still having problems.I changed the nameservers two days ago but am unable to log into my cpanel via the ip, ns or simply using my domain name. What am I doing wrong? I continue to get a "404 not found error" each time I try to use the ip or ns and I get "server not found" message when I enter my domain name. I registered the name and purchased the server space from surpass.
