Ok, so I went with phpbb.com for my message board. I uploaded it just like it said but when I type in my address to access the file to install the program it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Ok, so I lied, I am using surpass for my hosting and domain and it's asking my database name and username, where would I find this?

Cool, that was easy creating the database but whenever I click on install after inputting my stuff it gives me an error...grrrrrr



It keeps telling me that it could not connect to the database under data base name I've tried listing it both ways gradetu_database and just database....any clues?

You did make a user for it as well, right? You have to make sure you add that user to the database. And the username for that will be something like

gradetu_username

the password is whatever you made for it

and the database would be:

gradetu_databasename
