File Name Issue

I have my site up and running for some time, and up till now i never had a problem, then i notice that one om my pages have a problem with it, I have it named "psy101.html". I checked the link it works but it dont display the page, just a 403 error, I checked it and tryed naming it something different like "psy.html" but still not working, I then changed it to "p101.html". I was liek hmmm, every name that has psy in it for some reason dont work, i could load a new image and it will work until i put psy in it. Do you guys out there have anyideas why it would do this.

It's got to do with mod security. Try the solution in this thread:

The reason I thought it might is because another thread mentioned the "psy" part as well. Send a ticket in to support about it. They should be able to fix the problem.
