Mr. Fern I'm not (lucky for him
)but a very quick search on google brings a lot of information on what cache does:In order to speed up web browsing, web browsers are designed to download web pages store them locally on your machine in an area called "cache". When you visit the same page for a second time, the browser speeds up display time by loading the page locally from cache instead of downloading everything again. So for static pages, cache works well but for dynamic pages, you either need to set your browser to refresh the page more often or manually reload it to see changed content.

Thanks.. the thing is that these cache files somtimes mess things up.. The other day I had to drive down to one of my members house to check what her problem was with my forum... after cleaning up her cookies and, cache files everything went back to normal. Dont ask why i went there to help her out, she is new with computers.
