Since you're using FileZilla, open the list of sites, highlight your site, click the advanced button. Choose the option that says use pasive mode. Hit ok, and try connecting again
Shouldn't really have that many sets of logins.. You will have one for the cPanel (plus any extra ftp accounts and email accounts that you set up). I guess you could also include the my.surpasshosting.com account and the surmunity account, but those are not really for the domain..

The host, you put the IP of your website (should be the one you received in the welcome email).. Just the numbers
The user and pass will be your cPanel user and pass (in that same welcome email)
