How do I know when my account is expired?

I think I need to renew my account membership this month, but didn't remember what date. It must be today, though, my mail and website gravito.com have both been unresponsive. Is there any reporting mechanism to let customers know when the plug will be pulled PRIOR to the plug being pulled? Is there somewhere I can go to check on the status of my subscription at any time?

ahh ok

ahh ok, nevermind, turns out I've already paid for another year. I didn't know about the "My" site before. Things have changed since when I first signed up.

Nevermind, I didn't pay for another year. My account was cancelled and now I'm being told that I have to pay a full year plus a late fee in order to get access to my data. This is a nightmare!
