Your "resize methods" are all set to None.
You need to select a method for thumbs and microthumbs. Use imagemagick if that is an option. Your edit was quicker than my answer. Good it is working....

Imagemagick is found in various places on servers depending on the installers choice of path.
Take this 3 line PHP code and copy to a text editor and name the file something like whereismagick.php, upload it to your server and call it in your browser. It will give the path to imagemagick on your server. PHP Code:
