Very New To Surpass Questions

ok, I am very new here, so please bear with me.

I registered for service last night, and now when I try to go to either nameservers:
dns33.dizinc.com
dns33.dizinc.com
It goes to a page owned by cpanel saying there's no site registered at that domain. I am able to get in to my ftp server and upload files, but I can't get to the domain to view them. Is there something not seeing or doing correctly?

I do not have my domain registered yet because I'm waiting on it to be transferred, if that helps any.

try this http://xx.xx.xx.xx:2082/ Replace the x's with server ip address.

That took me to my cpanel. I'm trying to get to the front end of what users will see.

http://xx.xx.xx.xx/~username/ replace the x's with the IP and username with your username. Should work.

I geta 404 error when tried that,
when i go to just http://dns33.dizinc.com/ I get this exact error:
"There is no website configured at this address. "

Did you make sure there was a trailing slash at the end of the URL I gave you? It'll give you a 404 error if it's not there.

IE this is mine: http://jose.farciert.net/~binuweb/ (it will re-direct you to my forums, so don't worry)

You are not to go to dns33.dizinc.com that is just a nameserver. There isn't anything there.

Your welcome email explains how to see your site before your domain works.
