Umm, 100% uptime is IMPOSSIBLE. It is a quest of every server administrator in webhosting and other applications alike to have a 100% uptime. And no site even needs "unlimited bandwidth." Every website on the Internet has an endpoint when it comes to transfer. No one could ever use their supply of unlimited bandwidth.
They could try though... if they were the only site using an entire DS3 line.
