Account still pending???
My account hasn't been activated yet because of fraud rejection reason since yesterday. I read their form "Credit Card Authorization Form". They put the phone number there, but when trying to contact them by phone,they say they do not support SurpassHosting by phone for fraud check. I've put 4 tickets since yesterday and still got no reply from them
![]() I really confused. How can I solve this problem? |

Yup, the auto reply email always send to my email after I put a ticket.
But it's okay now, they have reply my last ticket. Although its 5 hour after I submit, but thanx to them... at least they have give me a word... so I don't get stack waiting for answers ![]() |
