Trouble with FTP

I have been using FTP to upload to my server for more than 3 months, but since yesterday I could not longer use FTP to manage my file. All the sudden I am stuck at "Getting File List" and it just went idle from there. I have no trouble accessing other FTP sites, but my own. I have not changed any setting nor did I mess with anything server related.

Other FTP programs were also tried but still the same result. The only way I can access now is using Web Broswer to go into cpanel. Please let me know if there is anything to try to access FTP again.

Contact support. The ftpd probably just needs to be restarted.
