![]() That is what I get. I suppose those red crosses should be clickable right? Or am I doing something wrong? I would appreciate it if someone could clarify this. Thanks. IP: 72.29.89.114

I don't remember where exactly that screen is.. but to access the webstats, cick the "Web/FTP Stats" icon in your main cPanel page.

Are you a dedicated server? If so it appears you have webstates turned off in WHM --> Tweak Settings.

Ah, I feel stupid now. I only read “web/ ftp” and not the word “stats” below the first line. I was convinced that I could find it at “statistics software configuration”. My bad but I’m not used to cPanel because I’ve only used HELM in the past.
Thanks for the replies. Cheers, Markus

A benefit of a forum is the willing exposure from the others who have already "been there, done that."

Hmmm, I think some things aren’t alright. It says that the bandwidth used should be updated every 6 hours but nothing has happened. Same goes with the cPanel main page, can’t see how much BW was used. And I’m sure it isn’t 0.
Though I got some errors I think: AWstats after pressing update now button: No qualified records found in log (0 corrupted, 0 dropped) Bandwidth stats state: RRDTOOL is missing, please install rrdtool with a prefix of /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty! My log file is only 38Kb atm. Anyone familiar with this?

I've not had those problems... If your cPanel is showing zero bandwidth, there may be a problem with the quotas I believe it's called.... File a support ticket and have support rerun the quotas for the account... I would also mention those errors, and ask if they may be related to the quotas problem
