Brand-New User and Login Info doesn't work!!!
I just signed up for a reseller program and received all the info.
NONE OF IT WORKS! I keep getting an authentication error. I get it with two different FTP programs, the cpanel, the whm panel. Nothing will let me log in with the info that was sent. Very frustrating. Yes, I know that the bulk of these problems are caused by bad typing. I've typed and retyped, copied and pasted, everything. And I can't even log in to send a support ticket. If anyone from the support department reads this: I'm very unhappy. Please respond with how to get this fixed. Thanks! |

Log in? Not sure what your trying to do there with sending a ticket?
All you have to do is go to the help desk, fill out the form information and submit. Use a non-domain email like from your ISP, Gmail or something like that. You should then in a few seconds to minutes get a quick reply email confirming the ticket was received.

ya the helpdesk has nothing to do with the login info you recieved for your account... you need to create an account
the helpdesk. Now if you have, then it might be a browser issue on your end with sessions/cookies and/or a misconfigured ftp client. |
