You have me wondering about the .htaccess files though. I haven't experienced any problems, but, I usually catch an accidental install before any site setup.

I haven't actually disabled extensions before and witnessed what it would do..

It dose delete the .htaccess file data but also makes a backup with a number attached to it.

Example only

.htaccess.0000000000

All is good just did it with 3 of the 4 sites i had it on. No issues found from dumping front page.

My old primary domain from the shared upgrade did not have it
