Problem with phpMyChat
I installed phpMyChat from Cpanel. When try to access it I get the following error:
You don't have permission to access /mychat/ on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request |

Yes if you have Shared or reseller hosting Chats are not allowed. You must have a VPS or Dedi to install a chat room.

apprentice drop a ticket to support and let them know it is showing in your cPanel. Every time a cPanel update is done it appears in folk cPanel again so don't feel bad. This is a on going issue.
