Access logs?

How do I get a hold of access logs to my site and subdomains?

I tried download the raw access logs from the CPanel, but that doesn't give me anything but some DOS executable file? I just want some simple text file with the basic details of IP,time, etc. How do I get such a text file?

By the way, I'm on the Sky server and the bandwidth has not been updated on my cPanel for about a month now...

EDIT: I should also add that I tried the Raw Log Manager to archive logs in my home directory but I don't seem to see any logs there. What specific file types should I be looking for?

Open the raw log in Notepad.

Contact support about the bandwidth issue. They likely need to run the "runweblogs" script on it. http://desk.surpasshosting.com

Good that you submitted a ticket. That's what I would have suggested. Support can straighten that out.
