Yes you should clock over at 12 midnight EST (Eastern Standard Time)
For the servers are in Florida USA

Actually, I think they usually kick in the script around 1am... unless that changed.

Yeah, and it depends on the number of sites on a server that have to be reset by the script, but everything is typically flipped over by 1-1:30am...

At least that is MY experience.

Good information to know. I've never even gotten close to my bandwidth allowance so had no real experience.

I've just noticed that date/day stuff on my forums flip at 9 PM here being in PST (Pacific standard time) so just went off that.
