If the ticket has been moved to sales unless they have someone in there this weekend it should be taken care of Monday.

i've had the OC10 for about 1.5-2 years now and it was getting about time to get another another reseller or upgrade. and the promotion rolled around so i just bought the bronze package and then decided to keep OC10 as well...
