why are these files errors ??

[Sat Jul 15 14:11:49 2006] [error] [client 65.92.136.127] File does not exist: /home/celiacq/public_html/_vti_inf.html I dont understand why im getting these errors.. If i check my site everything works iv asked a couple members and, they said that everything works..but, im not quite sure why those files are not there. Is there anyway i can replace them ?? |

they don't exist... he's asked the same question before.... he just doesn't know what's going on and Every time we tell him that THEY DON'T exist he just lets it go in one ear and out the other.
