If you don't have the rights, you can't. Streaming or not. And online radio requires licensing as well.

It never is. We have countless threads and posts on here where the person asking doesn't realize that.

edit: oh, and the part about the licensing...I failed to mention the royalty part of it. It's best to use something like live365.com to do radio related stuff because they take care of the fees through the ones you pay.

Well, Radio Blogs are fine. It just depends on the music. Basically, if you want to have a jukebox of somewhat untracible song files, go ahead. But as David has pointed out, you need some sort of rights to the files hosted, as (like any other webhost) illegal copyrighted files are not allowed on Surpass servers. HOWEVER, if this is your owned audio (self made) or those you have permission/rights to, then there should be no restrictions not to.
