My site files
I have a quick question and hopefully there is a really simple answer...
I purchased a hosting packed and already changed the nameservers for my domain. Do I need to reupload all of my files or will that happen automatically? |

Do you use an FTP program to upload files or the File Manager in cPanel?
Using FTP would be easier to reupload your files. However, if your previous host also used cPanel, you can open a ticket with our support team and they can attempt to transfer the files from the other server to your account here (that is if you still have access to the old account with the other host).
