Account Activation?

I registered for an account, and I haven't received the "account information email." It's been about 10 hours now. Can someone please help me? Thank You.

BTW, the account is under the name of "Rosario Duran" That is my mother.

For my arbitragellc.com site... They've got my money but I don't have an email for the account details... Strange.

Check to make sure that the email hasn't been intercepted by a SPAM rule.

It does take up to 24 hours for accounts to be activated

Nope, it didn't. I already checked the spam folder. I used gmail.com.

Add your server name and site to your Sig and that can help us in maybe helping you.
Also note this is a user to user forum. Surpass staff dose visit yes. But if you go over a 24 hour wait period best to open a ticket at the help desk and inquire as to if anything is wrong.

Like Skipdawg said, might need to create a helpdesk ticket and send it to the Sales Department. I never got my emails either after 24 hours (I ordered it early Thursday morning and sent the ticket early Friday morning). Sales had to resend me the information. After getting the email, I was able to copy and move my four domains/websites over in surprisingly quick fashion.

So far I am rather pleased with the increase in performance and greater features than my previous webhost. I have pleasantly discovered that the website statistics keep my main website and 3 add-on domain stats separate.

I ordered my domain (www.uuc-students.co.uk) yesterday along with shared hosting package and its been 24 hours now with no email back providing my account information...

How long does it typically take? I would like to have it up and running by now considering its been paid for.
