Just reply to the email. Re-ques the ticket. Or your can log in via the help desk area and reply from there too. I've done that before when email was not working right.

Ok, I dunno what to do right now. I didn't know going from a free host to a paid host would be such a hard transaction. I know the support is doing their best to help me, but I feel somewhat sad about all of the problems that i'm having with the domain. I tried viewing my site through a proxy and it worked fine.

How long ago did you get an account with us?

After you change your DNS it can take some time for everyone in the world to bring up your site.

I see your site already coming up fine, Skip also agrees on that.

If you can view your site through a proxy- that's a good sign, not a bad one. =) It means your site works.

That is not a message that our system gives. I believe you are still seeing something from your other provider.

You should see your above image by using http://yourIP#/~username/lwdcommingsoon.jpg and your page using http://yourIP#/~username/ until your ISP gets your new nameserver updated.

I never used it. I just registered it and waited until I bought hosting.
