Does it propagate faster/slower for different computers?

There are many factors involved. The main ones are with your ISP's and DNS and the routing servers between the user and the site and the DNS. Some areas update more often than others. But there are other issues at play too. Such at the Registrar and how fast they update the changes too.

ISP's have different times of the day, (used to be days in the week), to update their nameservers, (the first one from your computer). The rule of thumb is that all nameservers should update in 72 hours or less.

I can see the site fine here. When I moved my domains over, I was actually shocked at how quick after I updated the DNS at the registrar that I saw the sites coming from Surpass. None of my domains took more than 10 minutes to change over... at least from my point of view.

After 3 days of being with Surpass, I am quite happy. Much improvement over previous hosting company.

Sorry for the double post. I talked with someone from my ISP's support and they said it wasn't a problem with them, but with the web host.
