Well that someone probably doesn't know much about the web. When they don't know the answer they'll probably feel that it's necessary to shift the focus of the blame so that they don't have to deal with it.

They couldn't fix the problem anyways it is just one of the "metrics" of the internet. So sit back and wait because noone can speed it up.

once you change your DNS on godaddy, all should be fine. But don't change it, then look at the changes, and 'submit' again - every time you do that you reset the pointer transfer...

So, it's showing the godaddy parked page now....

That's unfortunately too true. They once blamed a router behind the modem for causing Network problems. They denied it being a problem elsewhere. Only a couple weeks later did they admit that the either neighbourhood was experiencing problems and that they had to re-line it.

I decided to cancel my hosting and park the domain. I can't do anything with this computer and it's pretty worthless to start a website when I can't view it. Mabey when I get a new computer, i'll look into Surpass again.

How long does the cancellation take? I put in the request around 8am this morning. Will I be able to get a refund?
