Refund?

I paid my August bill for Surpass on July 27th since I had extra cash in my paypal. I come online today to see that Surpass has taken the money out of my paypal account ($15) and I would really appreciate it a refund. I was told by someone that you guys take it out automatically and I'd really just like to do it myself monthly.

I sent in a support ticket with proof that I paid but still have had no reply. Can someone please help me? I have things that I've got to pay later on via paypal and right now my account balance is $0.

Send a help desk ticket to support - http://desk.surpasshosting.com.

That is the only place you'll get billing help.

I can tell you that the ONLY way they do accounts is by 'subscription' - you attach them to your paypal account, and they bill you month to month (or yearly in my case) until you give them the required notice to cancel your account and stop it. I think they need a minimum of 10 days for that...

I did earlier, so far no one has replied. I'll be patient and wait though, it was just a big surprise to come online and find that my money was gone heh. But at least I know for next time that's how they do things, I wasn't aware of that before since I'm a rather new customer.

(um, the subscription bit is in your welcome letter, or the email you got from PayPal when you signed up...)

Billing issues typically take a day or 2 to get replied... they have more resources on "technical" issues - which is why they do everything they can to make the billing AUTOMATED... They won't even take my check!

HA HA HA!

LaughLaughLaugh When i got my first Dedi last August/September I shelled out a pretty penny, but I still had a shared plan that I figured i would "just not renew". I would let it run its course. so in October or something, i took a week off, spent 6-7 days in Victoria BC admiring the sites, and spent a good 2000-3000$, new laptop, wardrobe, really nice watch, not to mention hotel and travel expenses. I made sure I had about 400$ left banked to cover my *new* dedi, and food to last until my next payday.

So 3 days after i return from my little excursion, i was to attend a 5 day training course in another city. I was fine and dandy for it, all expenses paid (a little cheap on the food budget i must admit). Like the day after i get back the yearly subscription goes through for my shared account (About 200$), im just like (awww fuck I had to cancel it), So i try desperately to get a refund, which they did, but it took 8 days for the payment to clear, and another 6 days or so to get into my account after the refund. In the mean time my dedi invoice goes through and im out another 150$

So im gone on this course for 5 days at a 5 star hotel with about 50$ to my name, and its sooo tough cause i was hanging out with like 4 really good looking girls attending the same class. Now its not like i would borrow money, but it would have been really nice to have been able to throw a bit around LaughLaughLaugh. even a trip to the bar LaughLaughLaugh...

anyways, those are my surpass subscription woes, not that anyone cares LaughLaughLaugh
