Go to the control panel at your domain registrar and change the Domain Name Server (DNS) to the servers given to you by Surpass in one of the emails.

I have also just signed up for your bronze plan.
I really at this point just want to use the FTP facility for my site www.jordan-chan-siu-chun.com which is an invisionfree forum. A friend is designing a website for this domain name and when it is ready, then we would bring it over as a website for Jordan Chan with one section hyperlinked to the invisionfree address as forum. I suppose the WHM is not necessary for me for the moment as I am not creating new accounts. How do I get to the FTP utility just to upload photos for the time being to use in my forum? I registered my domain name with Dotster. Do I need to change server now since I am not amending the forum (I can't anyway since it is a fixed format.) Can I do it later when the website is ready to be uploaded ? Thank you. |

Sorry, got your email and meant to answer earlier. To upload your files, just create a new FTP account with your client and use the following info:
Host Address: (use the server that you are on, it was given to you in one of the first emails sent to you when you registered with surpass) Username: (your cPanel username) Password: (cPanel password) And also, make sure you are uploading your files into the public_html folder. |
