Keep in mind that Surpass is no small operation. Sometimes there's days where a huge influx of support or signups comes in and things slow down a bit. Also realize that it is the weekend and the staff presence is likely quite a bit lower than on the weekdays.

I know it's frustrating, but you'll experience waits with just about every hosting company that you sign up for.

Just curious: What's the rush?

Quite a few things, really. The domain is for my own personal blog, my schools Anime Club, and other random crap including my friends website which she wants me to host.

The Anime Club website was suposed to be up ASAP for school reasons. o_. To be put on my schools website, our banners and fliers that we're gunna have posted around the school too...

I've been waiting quite a while for my domain, years really, but only a month when my friend said she'd buy it for me.

I have everything on my computer and I just want to get everything situated on the domain already.

Plus my domain is also a way to escape my creepy stalker exboyfriend. -_-

Edit; and email changing is also one of the big things I need from getting my domain e_e

If you haven't opened a ticket with support already, I'd suggest opening one right away. According to GoDaddy and DomainTools your domain, Koinu-ai.Org, is available for purchass. See:

I'm not sure if your friend just purchased your account without also purchasing the domain or not, but I wouldn't wait any longer to find out.

It looks like your friend did purchase the domain as well as the account. So I don't know why it's showing as available. Maybe there's some delay in showing a newly purchased domain as unavailable. But if it was me, I'd want to know, especially after 24 hours. To me it seems that 24 hours is enough time to show a domain as unavailable.

Hurrah, I just got my Cpanel login info and whatnot, but I have an "error" with my domain? :/

I got the email telling me to change the DNS and it told me to go there to change it but I cant due to the error.

I put in a ticket already, but it's prolly gunna take another 12+ hours for them to reply.. so anyone know what could be the problem?
