My domain

My friend just purchased my domain yesterday around 6pm EST. It's 1pm EST atm, and my domain still isnt up and working. She bought me a deluxe package with the domain name Koinu-ai.Org

In the email they sent us it said that it would only take 24 hours to complete the full registration and for my site to be up.

=/ I've purchased a domain from Surpass a long time ago (2-3 years ago) and service was a lot faster back then.

Any clue as to why it's taking so long to fully register?

Well after setup it also has to propagate the web. I see nothing at all for it from here yet. But some places will see it before others.

I noticed that my recent sign-up was a bit late, too. Granted much of my issue was failure to receive any welcome e-mail, but based on the timeframe that Kayla mentioned about its activation it looks like it was pretty spot on with the 24 hour window.

I'd give it the full 24 hours before writing in to support to see what might be up. If it's worth anything, the domain hasn't yet been registered so it looks like the whole account is pending setup.

I'd be willing to bet that they're just a bit backed up with orders.

I have heard they have been extra busy over the last week. I've noticed many reports of things being slower.

May be time for a Surpass Staff expansion. For it is obviously growing in the client/customer area.

Ah, I see. ~_~ Hurm, 2 more hours till it's been a full 24 hours. =/ I really hope they get my domain up soon. My friend is getting mad at me for picking this hosting now o_o

Perhaps it would be best if they expand the staff, waiting a full 24 hours for a domain to come up is rediculous, imo. =[

I put in a ticket a few hours ago, I havent got a reply yet as far as I know.

It's offically been over 24 hours. My domain still isn't up. Me and my friend are now annoyed at this.

Is there any way to directly talk to a Surpass admin/staff?

As we've speculated in previous posts it's likely caused by a back-log of signup requests. I can definitely understand why you're frustrated but patience is the key to this situation.

You stated that you've filed a support request already, so I'd definitely wait for the resolution to that.
