Pass 3 down again

Sorry guys, I warned Support I was going to start spamming the boards if I didn’t get some answers. I don’t make idle threats.

Make sure you ask NOT to be placed on Pass 3, it’s been down 19 hours today and 40 hours this month.

As a reseller I’ve been fielding calls all month needless to say I doubt anyone will be with me from next month because my excuses have become more and more lame.

As a website owner I have lost most of my credibility since I sent a sales email to everyone 3 hours before they took the server down – that’s my second sales email this month and the 2nd time the server went down – last time it was a mere 8 hours.

Not a Surpass problem.

everything was working before they took the server down. None of the other SQL sites work either.

Not my fault.

Not really sure what to say about it besides that it's completely unprofessional and wouldn't help. I've been informed that you've made at least 11 threads so far, I will have to ban your forum account if it happens again.

And no one is ever placed on older servers, we are up to Pass63.
