FTP info incomplete
as a 20 yr developer, the info on FTP info is does not include a "simple" example from SMART FTP on the login parms. Since I will not chg the name server for my domain, until i get the whole site up correctly. I cannot login.
tried the following: zixx username parm 1 address: New.ip~zixx , ftp://New.ip~zixx , http://New.ip~zixx (all 3 without the user name) parm2 login name: zixx parm3 password: orig password sent, cpanel password changed. why is a simple example not listed here...????? or explained in the e-mail.? since my web guy was on xanax..I get to do the web host move with a $12000 ad and no working e-commerce... I need this up ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

For the host, just use the server IP. Not http:// or ftp://, just the numbers
username would be zixx password would be whatever your cPanel password is currently.
