Forgive me for the dumb question but...
I recently transfered my domains (business and my customers) to Surpass... I am wanting to use the NS1.DEZIGNSUNLIMITED.NET and NS2.... I have read I need to register those for them to work but the old company I was with I still have my domains registered with them, I transfered the DNS so the sites are working but am using the DNS33.DIZINC.COM DNS's Needless to say the old hosting company is being less than helpful and the access area for my domain has only 2 options.. Change contact info and change DNS servers... Thats it... If someone could help I'd be very thankful.

Please submit a ticket to support with your login information for your old hosting company. Make the subject 'ATTN Patrick' and I will have a look and see what is going on.
