I am new to this gaame and this is the first time I have used WebHost Manager 8.5.4... I first set up my main site... clifwilson.com.
this worked just fine and I thank you fine folks for providing this service... now I went in set up my first hosting account... clif.org!

now I have a problem... I set up a package with a max of 15meg of space... not knowing this site has more than that... I transfered all of the web site over and then pointed the domain name (in godaddy) to the host... this all worked great and it comes up. then I went in to establish the email accounts for this site.. and WebHost Manager 8.5.4 told me it could not do this because I was out of space... this is when I realized that I used 20.5 of the 15meg allocated... so I went back to WebHost Manager 8.5.4 and set up a new package with 30 megs and then tried to transfer... now WebHost Manager 8.5.4 seems to be mad at me and does not recognize me as a superior being... it says "Umm.. what are you trying to pull here.. You do not own the user " and gives me no information about what to do about this.... If anyone can help it would sure be appreciated.

Clif,

I logged into your account and changed the clif.org domain to use your super package. It worked just fine for me. Please verify that it is working. To change the Account packages, you go through the left menu and select the 'Account Functions' link, and then 'Upgrade/Downgrade an account'

Hope this helps..
