Cannot use FTP
I am unable to sign onto my FTP program with my information.
I changed my newservers with my domain host (godaddy), but that is all I have done. Is there something else I need to do? I have a friend who said she encountered similar issues back in the day and surpass just reset her information. How would I go about doing that? |

ok so it looks like you have done everything correctly...
http://whois.domaintools.com/beyondthewitchinghour.com are you sure you're using the correct login and password that you use for CPANEL.... if you are and it's still not working then you need to send a ticket to support: http://desk.surpasshosting.com |
