Activation
I've read a lot of thing about how domains are normally activated in under 10 hours, but I was wondering if wait times such as those are normal. I'm going on like 9 hours now =(

Accounts are usually activated within 24 hours, over the weekend it can be a little longer, because the sales staff works the normal 9-5 m-f, unlike normal support, which is 24 hours. There are still people activating accounts on the weekends, just not as many as normal.

No, accounts are still activated on the off hours, there just aren't as many people activating than there normally would be
