How long before expanded capacity shows up?
I used the November special bonus code ( thanks surpasshosting ) when ordering my new account. How long should I wait to see the expanded capacity I received in my account attributes before submitting a ticket?

The amounts should have been added within 24 hours, a nightly script runs which keeps track of all of the November promo customers.
If you haven't yet received the changes.. that's a little odd. Please open a ticket here, https://desk.surpasshosting.com .. explaining that you still have the default amounts and they'll look into it and make those changes ASAP. Thank you very much.

My cPanel says I have 4740.70 Megabytes left. So, I am assuming the double quota hasn't been set on my account yet.
