I had my customer buy the annual agreement with Surpasshosting, www.sidneyfirstyouth.com and emailed me the IP address/cpanel with password and username so that I can log in and setup their website for them.
Does this happen often? This is the second time it has happen to me with two different customers. it is getting frustrating, is there something I need to make sure is done after they place the order before start working on the website 48 hours later? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jonny Geek |

Hi Jonny,
What is your ticket number, email address, and the domain name in question you used for this issue? I have not seen a ticket regarding this matter. I am assuming that you can access the Cpanel via IP number, but are unable to access it by your domain name. Please let me know and I will get to work on this ASAP. Thanks. P.S. If you like, PM the info so your email address isn't public.
