how to use Unicode HTML pages?

Hi,

I'm new to Surpass, and have brought my website from another web host. Some of my pages are saved in Unicode rather than ASCI because of the need/use use of a mix of roman and cyrillic fonts-characters (Eastern European languages) in the displayed text. They displayed fine previously. How do I get them to work with cPanel at Surpass? Also, one of these text pages cPanel identifies as a "data" page rather than a HTML page? I don't know why? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Joe
