No Server?
This is my first website and I created it for my wife's business. I am a complete newbie at this and am wondering if it is normal to still not be able to get to the web address after 48 hours? It also says no server when I try to upload from frontpage.
Surpass gave me: ns1089.dizinc.com ns1090.dizinc.com web site addy wnyeldercareandliving.com I have always been good with programs...like frontpage etc, but have never done any web stuff before. Any help from the basics on is appreciated. |

Your nameserver settings are correct and your folder contents are visible.
Your first page to open in a directory needs to be named "index" as the system looks for it whenever a file is not specified. If you want the file you have named "why_eldercare.htm" to open first when your domain is called, rename it to index.htm. Welcome! Don't hesitate to ask for help and enjoy your website.
